The veil is thin on and after All Hallows Eve. we transition from gratitude of receiving treats and visual delights of costumes and fall colors to gratitude for ancestors and all those on the other side Dia de los muertos….. which reminds us that death is a human term for the end of something that no longer can be defined as it was or another way of saying something we can no longer see or interact with in the same way or perhaps it has become undefined to us. There are those of which I am one who can see hear taste touch smell perceive some energies which many others believe they cannot. It is my belief and perception that every one in some way has the ability to perceive other energies that may be classified as “not real” or “spirits” or “entities”. And this is starting to sound like a terrifying adventure and time to turn the page……. but wait there is a connection to Myofascial Fascial Release and the. Vacation Series in Nashville Tn to which I am flying to tomorrow 11/2/23,,,,,, Because the fascia is our bodies ( an entity in and of itself) connection to the oneness of all everything and beyond. The Fascia of our bodies is spirit incarnate or embodied soul – again – this is my perception – Through Myofascial release® we connect to ourselves our true selves the Big I – the infinite being we are – which connects us through all time and space – we unlock and release and let go of habits, traumas, patterns that don’t serve us anymore and allow the body and our infinite being to be in unencumbered communion as we journey through this particular time and space. And so it is with a joyful heart and a curious mind and grateful body that I am jumping into a week of myofascial release classes contributing and receiving perceiving and being – so excited to be attending John Barnes Myofascial Release Seminars – Cervical-Thoracic, Myofascial Rebounding, and Fascial Cranium classes in Nashville Tn This next week November 3-5 NS 7-10th 2023!!!!!!!!! Follow me here or on facebook if I can figure that out! and now down to earth to pack!
